Our Food Philosophy

The Bondi Kitchen style of cooking is fresh, creative and inspired. Our menu plans are carefully considered and tailored to individuals' dietary requirements and performance objectives. With an emphasis on plant-based wholefood cooking we incorporate layers of nutrition into every meal. Our kitchen is always full of life; from our homemade kimchi and kefir to sprouting seeds for a raw protein packed granola.

We work closely with personal trainers and nutritionists to ensure individuals’ goals are met and maintained in a way that is both effective and healthy.

Our team have extensive experience across a broad range of dietary focusses including macrobiotic, high protein/low-carbohydrate, FODMOP, keto, vegan and raw.
