Delivery & Returns

Standard UK Delivery

Postage is FREE to anywhere in the UK. For all orders shipped to an address outside of the UK, postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order. 

We will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 2 working days after your payment has been confirmed. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via email or phone immediately and offer you an alternative or cancel your order. 

Returns & Replacements

We are committed to providing great products and customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.

Returning Items by Mail

Please fill out the following information on the back of your invoice when you return the goods.

- The item(s) you are returning.

- The reason for the return.

- Indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

- Your contact details.

Small Items - Package the return securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include the packing slip. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
